Croydon-based ELB Partners has collected a special achievement award for its contribution to the logistics industry, as well as being gifted a brand-new trailer.

ELB Partners was named ‘Member of the Year’ at the annual Pallet-Track’s Shareholder Gala, held at Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, after being nominated for the award by fellow shareholder members of our network.

ELB Partners, which was a founding member of our pallet network, was also presented with a celebratory dual-liveried trailer from Pallet-Track to underline its exemplary service over 21 years as well as a platinum award for first-class service.

Celebration and community

Peter Eason, managing director of ELB Partners, said: “It was a fantastic evening of celebration, recognition, and community, and we are incredibly proud to receive this recognition, not just from Pallet-Track but also from our fellow network members.

“As an independent logistics business operating within Greater London, we face increasing pressures and challenges, so this award really celebrates the hard work of our whole team, who go above and beyond for our customers.

“Having the support of our partners means the world to us, and we are beyond excited to continue working together to provide the best pallet delivery service possible in the year ahead.”

Stuart Godman, CEO of Pallet-Track, said: “Many congratulations to Peter and the team at ELB Partners on being voted ‘Member of the Year.’

“As a founding shareholder member of our network, ELB Partners are held in the highest regard and are very deserving of this accolade for their continued contribution to Pallet-Track.

“In recognition of their service, we are thrilled to gift the company a high specification ‘dual-liveried’ trailer as a thank you and we look forward to seeing it out on the road.”

The Pallet-Track network is made up of over 90 independent logistics companies, who work collectively to collect and deliver palletised freight throughout the UK.

ELB was established in 1970 as a three-person partnership and Peter bought the business from his father George in 1985. It now employs around 60 staff and moved to a new 60,000 sq. ft headquarters in Beddington Farm Road in 2021.
